Vibration analysis

If any machine fault is present (unbalancing of rotors, shaft misalignment, wear or damage to bearings, wear of coupling, wear of gear wheels, bearing seat damage, improper lubrication, fixing/mounting plays, rubbing, machine and/or structure resonance, pressure pulsing, motor damage and other defects, which deteriorate dynamic properties and/or influence the building or environment) the increase in temperature may be observed.
By carrying out vibration analysis (that is, when the machine is running), we may find the reason of vibration, evaluate the degree of damage and correct the situation. When analysing the status of machines systematically (the preventive action), we may, in addition, determinate the downtime for repair, which will be most convenient (also, economically) for the Customer.
